Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Within 2 hours of the service, cancellations will  not be charged . Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled via our online booking platform. No call /no show appointments will be charged  100% of the scheduled cost without refund or credit towards future services.
